An excellent wife who can find? The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life. Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the days to come. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all." from Prov. 31

Blessings on your move. I know of another pastor's family who is moving now. I think it would be a challenging time to be planning for a move, with the holidays and new baby. I will pray for you.
Yup.
Many prayers your way for you and yours (and for your congregation(s), going and coming).
I hate moving. Lord have mercy.
My husband accept a call last year and we moved over New Years. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Let me know if I can help in any long distance way!
Wow and may God grant you the peace and strength you need, each minute as you need it.
God's peace in extra doses to you and yours in these coming days.
Thank you all so much for your prayers and encouragement. It is a whirlwind indeed and I'm relying on the dear Lord to give me strength and peace every second. All this change sure helps put things in perspective during the Advent/Christmas season, however :). The Lord is my rock and my salvation indeed.
My wife and I have moved 28 times in 40 years of marriage... It does get old. Our last move was at the end of July 2011, to a new church. But new adventures always wait on the other end.
Blessings on those who are moving.
